Summary:
As a Sr. ERP System Analyst at Seagen, you will have the opportunity to join a team of IT professionals collaborating with and supporting the business needs of our Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, Facilities and Finance organizations. As you collaborate with these organizations, you will provide technical consultation, project leadership from design to implementation, IT GMP validation execution and administration support for assigned systems. The position requires solid technical understanding, as well as verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Senior Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior business systems analyst for Oracle EBS in support of mainly Sourcing workstream for project, production support and KTLO work types.
- Play a senior role and support the Finance workstream Senior Manager in the efforts to expand utilization of the ERP solution, including but not limited to Sourcing, iProcurement, and Supplier Management.
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of assigned IT systems and applications.
- Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, document and design solutions, systems analysis, and application administration tasks.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing application systems; and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Support periodic cadence of SOX internal audit reviews and provide any support or information needed.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Direct and Indirect Procurement processes.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal customers and vendors.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and knowledge of IT solutions, applications management through product cycles and business environments.
- Identify risk and mitigation plan in conjunction with the business and other IT partners.
- Connects with business stakeholders regularly and applications and technology to address their needs
- Prioritizes activities and quickly adapt to changing situations
- Advises management on technical and process issues
- Assist our internal customers in developing use cases and scenarios for testing
- Maintains productive and positive interpersonal relationship within IT
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field
- 9+ years of experience as a System
Analyst supporting and implementing large scale IT solutions including software deployment, business analysis, project management, process improvement, preferably including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Supplier Management.
- Experience developing and supporting an integrated enterprise level ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS
- Oracle Fusion knowledge and experience is desirable
- Experience in working with matrix organizations and works effectively with cross functional, multi-location and multi-cultural teams
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent documentation skills including requirements, functional and technical specifications, test scripts and validation protocols
- Strong experience supporting systems and processes utilizing GAMP5, GMP and ITIL service management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow design
- Demonstrated technical understanding of application architecture to include application servers, web servers, configuration files, relational databases, SQL, and reporting applications
- MS-Office knowledge (Microsoft project, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion, or SAP Financial modules
- 5+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharma industries

The hiring pay range for this position is $127,000 to $164,000 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
