Summary
This position leads assigned project teams of medium sized, moderately complex Quality Operations projects by utilizing project management best practices in agile and waterfall methodologies. This role ensures schedules, financials, scope, and performance requirements of the project are met. It includes management and communication of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned medium sized projects within Quality Operations
- Implement and manage dashboards for all assigned projects
- Coordinates project related activities across all applicable departments (minimally RA, QA, IT, and Product Supply)
- Track and monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure timelines are being met
- Escalate when timelines are not being met and when barriers and roadblocks occur
- Provide metrics and updates on overall project status as well as status of individual project deliverables
- Provide metrics and updates on a scheduled basis (such as weekly) as well as upon request
- Serve as SME for project go/no go decisions
- Recommends tools and templates for Quality Operations projects
- Non-standard work hours (e.g., evening) may be required to accommodate project stakeholders in different time zones
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate project management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across departments and multiple levels of management and customers
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, and/or other project management tool(s)
- Experience working on global teams
- Familiarity with MS Power Automate
Proficient in relevant computer programs (e.g., ERP, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with PowerBI or comparable data analysis/visualization applications
- Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Quality Assurance
- Experience working under GxP requirements
- Smartsheet certification

The hiring pay range for this position is $88,000 - $114,000 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
